How do I make a referral?

This is the best part. As long as we know that you made the referral, we’ll send you a discount code automatically once the referred client pays their first invoice

So, make sure you introduce us directly – either by email or in person. Or, ask the person you referred to make it clear that you were the person who pointed them in our direction.

The Refer A Friend scheme detailed on this page is operated by Southpoint Films Ltd. These Terms & Conditions outline the scheme, and may be updated from time to time, without warning or notice.
The offers detailed on this page are only valid while this Refer A Friend scheme is in operation. Southpoint Films Ltd reserves the right to cease the scheme at any time, for any reason, regardless of whether all offers have been fully redeemed.
The scheme gifts a discount code to any person who refers a new customer to Southpoint Films Ltd. A new customer is defined as a person, business or government entity that purchases video production or live streaming services from Southpoint Films Ltd, and whom does not have any prior commercial relationship with Southpoint Films Ltd.
Additionally, the new customer must have a direct business relationship with Southpoint Films. This scheme does not apply to agencies or brokers who subcontract work to Southpoint Films Ltd on behalf of their customers or clients, where the agency is the purchaser of our services.
The discount code shall be issued after the referred customer has completed their first project with us and has fully settled their account for any outstanding monies.
The discount is applicable to Southpoint Films Ltd’s services only, and does not apply to services provided by third parties, or to costs of sale such as our expenses incurred.
Each discount code can only be used once, for one project of your choosing, with a total value of up to £5,000 + VAT. There are no limits on the number of codes that can be earned from valid referrals.
Discount codes must be redeemed within 12 months of the date of issue, or before the date this scheme is closed – whichever comes sooner.
Discount codes can be transferred or gifted, but they can only be redeemed once.
