AF Live – Farm Fest Outside Broadcast

We were thrilled to support the inaugural “Farm Fest”, a vibrant three-day live music festival held at Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire. Fronted by Jeremy Clarkson, this “country fair-meets-music festival” event was not one to miss.

Working with our client, AF Live, we brought our outside broadcast expertise to three stages. (The Main Stage, Tractor Stage and Grand Ring.) We were on site capturing the energy of the event, ensuring that every moment was visible to the audience – no matter where they were in the crowd.

Our Image Magnification Service

Our job was to provide a complete live camera package for the large IMAG (Image Magnification) screens located around each stage. For many festival-goers, these screens were their window to the performances, so getting it right was crucial.

We went the whole hog with a mixture of tripod-based operated cameras, PTZs and wireless roaming cameras. These cameras were portable, and could be moved between stages as needed, giving our team maximum flexibility.

Our skilled crew handled everything from pre-production planning through to the overnight derig. Behind the scenes, we coordinated closely with AF Live and their technical partners. From scoping calls and call sheets to risk assessments and project management, our aim was to ensure our camera coverage ran smoothly, so the client could focus on the show. We even camped on site, ensuring we were always available for whatever the festival needed!
