Lockton – Global Benefits Forum Highlights Video

Last summer, we teamed up with Lockton for their annual Global Benefits Forum. This event is a recurring highlight for us, and 2025 marked the fifth time we’ve captured this forum since we first started working together in 2019.

The forum took place at the fantastic Fairmont Windsor Park. The schedule was packed with insightful presentations, seminars, and team building activities. To capture the day, we provided a single camera operator who filmed the sessions in full, conducted interviews with guests, and even gathered aerial footage of the stunning venue.

Effective Event Highlights

The primary goal was to create a set of event highlights videos. These films have proven to be an amazing tool for Lockton, allowing attendees to revisit key insights long after the event has finished. Additionally, this content helps build a powerful toolkit for Lockton to promote future forums by showcasing the high-quality atmosphere to prospective guests.

We also produced a handful of short videos specifically for social media. These focused on individual interviews paired with general footage of the day. These excerpts are a great way to maintain engagement with the audience and provide extra value from the captured material.

Efficient On-Site Production

This project is a wonderful example of how we work efficiently to deliver high-quality results. Through the efforts of a single, versatile camera operator, we successfully captured all the essential footage required to create multiple deliverables.
