Venturefest South – 360° VR Keynote
For a second year in a row, we were delighted to sponsor Venturefest South, the region’s largest celebration of innovation, technology and startup businesses. Hosted at Winchester Guildhall on the 1st March 2018, VFS18 saw over 500 people attend despite the UK’s biggest snowstorm for years, with 20cm of snow across Hampshire.
In the spirit of innovation, we took our 360° VR camera to the event to create a “virtual reality” recording of the main keynote, which was given by Seraphim Capital. You can watch it above using a compatible browser, or you can watch it on YouTube. If you use YouTube you can use a VR or Google Cardboard headset to watch the video in 3D, giving you a much more immersive virtual experience.
360° VR video is a really exciting and innovative format, and we think it was the perfect fit for an event like Venturefest South.
