Case Study: How ICE Use Training Videos To Benefit Their Business

Industrial Cleaning Equipment (ICE) are the leading supplier of professional cleaning equipment in the UK. With retailers like Marks & Spencer, Tesco and Sainsbury’s on their customer list, ICE operate at a very demanding nationwide level, rolling out fleets of equipment to stores across the country on a regular basis.

Traditionally, ICE would send a member of staff to every customer site along with their new equipment in order to train cleaning operatives on how to use it. This was time consuming and costly, and it was difficult to scale this approach with bigger rollouts; a frequent occurrence for a company that was becoming increasingly more successful and winner larger contracts.

This changed in 2013, which is when we started working with ICE to create training videos that explain how to use different pieces of equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and scrubber dryers. The videos are now shared with ICE’s customers online, using the ICE website and a bespoke ICE App which is home to product information and the training videos.
